Returns/Exchange

 We at Pisces London hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in case you are not completely satisfied with your buy for any reason, we offer you hassle-free returns/exchange.

The returns are completely free.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from receiving the product.

To be eligible for a free return the items should be returned unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. In case of any discrepancies, the product will be returned to the buyer.

We would also need the receipt/proof of purchase. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you through an email. The refund will be credited to your account automatically within 10 working days.

We also suggest keeping proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Please note that exchanges are time-sensitive as we don’t keep large amounts of stock, so it’s important you get in touch with us to secure a different size or style.
